Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of luxury timepieces, all sales are considered final. We only accept returns for products confirmed to be defective upon delivery.
Defective Item Returns
If your watch arrives with a verified defect, you must notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.
To begin a return review, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or video of the issue
- A detailed description of the defect
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Once received, our team will inspect the claim and determine eligibility.
Refund Eligibility
If a product is confirmed to be defective after inspection, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed only after:
- The watch is returned
- The item passes inspection
- The defect claim is verified by our team
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Normal wear after delivery
- Damage caused after receipt
- Watches that have been worn, altered, resized, or modified

Returned items must be in the same condition as originally delivered.
